​Exchange Guidelines

Claim Window: All exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

​No Refunds: Please note that we do not offer monetary refunds. All sales are final.

​Size or Style Exchange: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange your item for a different size or a different style.

​Shipping Responsibility: For any exchange, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs to send the item back to us. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your request and ship your new selected product.

​Price Difference (Lower Amount): If the price of the new item is lower than your original purchase, the remaining balance will be issued as Store Credit. This credit is valid for use within 2 months from the date of issuance.

​Price Difference (Higher Amount): If the price of the new item is higher than your original purchase, you will be required to pay the price difference before the new item is shipped.

​Important Conditions

​Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

​Please ensure items are unworn and unwashed.
